A unique multi-purpose facility in the heart of the Cape Town CBD. At $90 million this was the largest commercial property construction project in the country at the time. Our diverse knowledge and experience in over 30 building services disciplines enabled ourselves to assist the client and his professional team of 96 consultants in coordination and integration of all electronic services including every third party interface of the operating company.
